Thoughts About the New Year + Reading of the Week
Dear Friends,
Please pardon my absence last week as I came down with the flu. When I set out to write this newsletter, I intended to publish every week with no exceptions.
I plan to make it up with a longer newsletter next week about creating a manifestation ceremony. Some might liken this to spellwork. However, instead of asking the universe to bend reality to your will, my style is to enlist ancestors and spirit allies to show the way forward. I find this method of manifesting is longer-lasting, feels less randomized and better reflects the desired outcome.
The perfect time to do this will be during the first new moon of the year, which falls on 1/11 — oh my!
You Are a Center of Divine Operation
On the topic of *firsts*, I couldn’t help but notice that my inbox and social media feeds were flooded with advice about how to make 2024 the best year ever. This were some tarot/astrology/angel card readings about upcoming predictions, or more mundane predictions concerning trends in food, movies, fashion, and politics.
